There is no limit to the size or cost of the project in this category. The winning entry will be a project that sets new standards for the retrofitting or refurbishment of office buildings and is a model for future similar projects. Entries should demonstrate how the design delivered a solution which gave the client a better alternative to demolition and new-build. |
