Cultural Buildings
(museums, galleries) Museums, galleries, theatres and concert halls are rich sources for upgrades and extended lives. Entries should be for a retrofit project carried out at on a building or facility which is used primarily for cultural purposes.. The winning entry will be a project that sets new standards for the retrofitting or refurbishment of cultural buildings and is a model for future similar projects. Entries should demonstrate how the design delivered a solution which gave the client a better alternative to demolition and new-build. |
