(excluding educational, cultural and health buildings) Recognising the quality of a public authority commission which results in exemplary performance improvement Entries should be for a retrofit project carried out on any public sector building (excluding education, cultural and health buildings, which have their own categories). They should be commissioned by a public authority. The winning entry will be a project that sets new standards for the retrofit of a public building and is a model for future similar projects. Entries should demonstrate how the design delivered a solution which gave the client a better alternative to demolition and new-build. |
