Recognising outstanding improvements across multiple properties

Entries should be for large-scale retrofit carried out in respect of a large block of apartments, a group of properties in different locations retrofitted via an overarching programme, or a group of properties in the same street.

The winning entry will be a project that sets new standards for the retrofitting of multiple domestic dwellings and is a model for future similar projects.

Entries should demonstrate how the design delivered a solution which gave the client a better alternative to demolition and new-build.
